Pan African Book Foundation’s Lent Reading Challenge 2017

In honour of lent, the Pan African Book Foundation, an organisation dedicated to enhancing the standard of education in Africa and promoting the works of African origin, have created this amazing challenge! It’s aim? To encourage children to read more while helping to raise funds to go towards providing educational books for children in Africa.

So what is the challenge? For children to read and review 6 books in 6 weeks, beginning today – 1st March – the first day of lent. The review panels are now live for participants to submit their thoughts and feelings about each book online. The books can be read in any order, with children encouraged to partake in the challenge individually, with parents or with their school.

Good luck!
